From Fanelli to Anselmo Lorenzo. Masson-internationalists Between Italy and Spain
After outlining the concept of “masson-internationalists”, that is, those who from the second half of the 19th century felt attracted to the thought of Michail Bakunin and initiated into the Masonic lodges, the article explores the figure of Giuseppe Fanelli, sent to Spain by the Russian revolutionary, following his political and biographical trajectory. Subsequently, the analysis goes to the link between internationalist circles and Masonic lodges through the figure of Anselmo Lorenzo.
