Prensa y política en la II República: el epistolario de F. Cambó a Duran i Ventosa sobre “La Veu de Catalunya” (1931-1932)

Abstract

Using the unpublished letters exchanged by Francesc Cambó, important poli- tician of the first third of last century, with Lluís Duran i Ventosa, also an important leader of the Lliga Catalana and political director of its newspaper “La Veu de Catalunya” in the years 1931 and 1932, the Author gives a conceptual overview of the problems of economic and administrative nature (circulation, etc.) and on the newspaper’s contents, that are discussed, valued and analysed between the two leaders, publishing significant excerpts of their rich and confidential correspondence, as in this period Francesc Cambó was out of Barcelona.
