Javier Muñoz Soro
Javier Muñoz Soro is Lecturer in the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Graduate of the University of Zaragoza, continued his education at the universities of Barcelona and Groningen (Netherlands). He has taught at the University of Cagliari (Italy) and has been research staff at the UNED, Madrid. His research has focused on the cultural history of Spain during Francoism and the Transition to democracy, particularly on mass media, intellectuals and political discourse. Author of Cuadernos para el Diálogo (1963-1976). Una historia cultural del segundo franquismo (2006), has coordinated the books Culturas y políticas de la violencia. España siglo XX (2005), Patria, Pan, Amore e Fantasia. La España franquista y sus relaciones con Italia (1945-1975) (2017) and España en democracia, 1975-2011 (2017). As well as published in several special issues and journals like Historia del Presente, Ayer, Historia y Política, Historia Social, Hispania. Revista española de Historia, Revista de Estudios Políticos, Cercles. Revista d'Història Cultural, Bulletin d'histoire contemporaine de l'Espagne, Memoria e Ricerca and Mondo Contemporaneo.
