Giacomo Demarchi

Giacomo Demarchi (Turin, 1983) is PhD in History and Comparison of European Political and Legal Institutions for the University of Messina and in Law and Political Science for the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). Winner of two postdoctoral projects from 2012 to 2016 at the University of Milan, at the same university he was a Research Assistant Doctor (RTD-a) from 2016 to 2019, participating in teaching activities inherent in the history of political institutions and constitutionalism. From January 2022 he is Rtd-b in the history of political institutions at the Department of Political Sciences of the University of PisaMember of the editorial board of the magazine Spagna Contemporanea and of the board of directors of the Institute of historical studies Gaetano Salvemini in Turin, he is the author of several publications on the history of constitutionalism in the 20th century and the circulation of interwar legal culture between Spain, Germany and Italy.
