La rivincita delle autonomie nella politica scolastica e linguistica del PSOE
Abstract
La rivincita delle autonomie nella politica scolastica e linguistica del PSOE
The educational policy is a faithful mirrar of its times. Beginning from this evidence, the Author reviews some of the most significant reforming interventions of the Peninsular school between Francoism’s last period, the Transition to democracy, and the “década prodigiosa”. On the background of the peninsular integration within Europe and of the System modernization (with the consequent updating of regulations and curricula, from LODE to LOGSE), the essay especially emphasizes the overcoming of the centralist aspirations that had marked all the Regime’s policy — and the educational one, too — turned into the new autonomous trends of the PSOE policy, heralding the further reversing of the policy (in the sense of a new centralist shift) that will characterize the accession to power of the Partido Popular.
